The Holy Month of Ramadan is the Month of Allah. It is the ninth month of Hijjra calendar. All adult Muslims must fast during the day. They are not allowed to eat or drink between dawn and sunset for the whole month. Fasting Ramadan is the fifth Pillar of Islam. There is a special night known as Lailatul Qadr.
